Why is this free and what's the catch?

What's the catch? For 50 products, nothing. I just appreciate feedback. I've tested this on 15+ e-commerce stores, but there's always room for improvement.

01How It Works

How It Works

1

Upload Your Feed (CSV/XML/URL)

Export the products you want to test—top sellers or items you want to boost. Include all columns, or just the id, title, description, and link. A product ID column (SKU or your own code works too) is the one extra must-have — Merchant Center uses it to match the enrichment to your main feed.

2

I Enrich Attributes from Your Data

I'll crawl your product pages, extract key facts, and add them as structured attributes. This typically improves product search visibility, filtering in Google's Shopping tab, and relevance to the PMax algorithm.

3

Connect It as a Supplemental Data Source

I'll send you a Google Sheet link. You'll add it as a supplemental data source in Merchant Center. Setting it up in Merchant Center takes ten minutes, checks included. Not sure how? I'll email you the instructions.

Enrichment generated broader search queries. One subcategory maintained exact matches, while the other attracted more generic queries at the cost of a lower CTR. Conversion data will be added later.

The average masked two contrasting results. Splitting by subcategory showed one drove volume up, while the other was diluted by more generic search queries. This is why I trust the details more than the average.

Methodology: Difference-in-Differences. Uplift is adjusted for the performance of a control group (non-enriched products in the same account and period). Data is anonymized: categories, brands, and campaigns are not disclosed. Percentages and product counts are real.

04When It Helps, When It Doesn't

When It Helps, When It Doesn't

This tool isn't a silver bullet. Before I use it for clients, I consider the following:

It's a good fit if:

  • You want to quickly test if investing in your feed makes sense—without waiting for developers or complex integration.
  • Your product titles are short or generic.
  • You're missing specific attributes: dimensions, materials, use cases, age targeting.
  • Your PMax or Shopping CTR is below 0.8%.

It might not help if:

  • Your product titles already include detailed specifications.
  • Your product range is highly specialized with minimal search volume and little room to grow.
  • Your main issue is pricing, not copy.
  • Your campaigns are heavily brand-focused. Feed enrichment can broaden your reach, but it might reduce campaign efficiency.
05Free vs. Paid: What You Get

Free vs. Paid: What You Get

The free version reads your current feed and also loads your product page to pull facts from it (structured data, spec tables, bullets, description). The paid version goes further: it parses PDF manuals and the related-products carousel — the document_link and related_product attributes — and tunes selectors for your specific e-commerce platform.

What do I read from your page for free, and what's paid only?

I load your product page in the free version too — I pull structured data, the specs table, bullets, and the long description, then fill attributes from them. What I skip in the free version is deeper page parsing: links to PDF manuals (document_link) and the 'related products' carousel (related_product). Both attributes need selectors tuned to your specific e-commerce platform plus several extra seconds per product, so I keep them in the paid version. That way the free version stays fast and reliable for everyone. If your shop blocks bots or the pages don't load in time, the enrichment runs from the feed alone — nothing breaks, the result is just thinner.

50 products enriched, Sheet in 5 minutes

You can upload any number of products, but only the first 50 will be processed. Feel free to upload your entire feed, just your top sellers, or products you want to boost.

Always check the quality of the supplemental feed. If something doesn't look right, email me and we can fine-tune the process.

Upload your feed

CSV or XML (Google RSS) — uploaded file up to 4 MB, via URL with no size limit. The tool enriches the first 50 products. The Google Sheet arrives typically within 5 minutes after you click the verification link in the email. I'm paying for this test myself, after all. :)

I'll use it when the feed is missing the link field.

A publicly accessible feed URL (XML Google RSS or CSV) — no size limit. I'll read the first 50 products from it.

I'm not sure what to do

Heads-up: the verification and result e-mails are currently in Czech only.

  • CSV or XML
  • Sheet within 5 minutes
  • I delete the CSV and email after 30 days
07Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

How quickly will I get the results?
After uploading your CSV, you'll get a verification email. Once you click the link, I'll start the enrichment process. You'll typically receive the enriched Google Sheet within 5 minutes. In rare cases (if the queue is full), it may take up to 24 hours. You'll receive two emails in total: one for verification and one with the final result.
How do you ensure the specifications are accurate?
I only add attributes based on information I find on your website. After enrichment, I run a second check to ensure the added specs don't contradict what's on the site. Any discrepancies are flagged in the Sheet.
Will you add more images and videos too?
Not here. Extra images, video, documents and links to related products have to be read from your product pages, and this tool does not do that. Text and structured attributes are filled in as usual. If you need those fields, email me at [email protected] and we will work it out.
Does it work with Czech diacritics?
Yes. I detect the feed language from your shop's domain and from the content of the items, and I keep the whole output in that language — so Czech data comes back in Czech, diacritics included. Languages are never mixed inside a single field.
What languages does it support?
Czech, Slovak, and English. The feed language is auto-detected, and you'll get the enriched output in the same language as your source data. Polish and German also work but are less tested. If you try them, let me know how it goes.
What if my CSV has a dead link?
I check every URL before scraping, detecting 404s, error page redirects, and timeouts. I skip scraping for any dead URLs, flag them in the Sheet, and continue processing the rest of the batch.
How do I connect the Sheet as a supplemental data source in Merchant Center?
In Merchant Center: Settings (gear icon) → Data sources → Supplemental sources tab → Add supplemental product data → Google Sheets template. Paste the Sheet link and choose the primary data source it should link to; matching runs on product ID. If you don't see the option, enable Advanced data source management under Settings → Add-ons. I'll send detailed instructions along with the Sheet link.
What happens to my data after enrichment?
Your uploaded CSV, your email address, and your e-shop URL are deleted automatically after 30 days. I keep the generated Google Sheet so the supplemental feed in your Merchant Center doesn't stop working. No sharing with any parties beyond the processors listed in the Privacy Policy.
Why only 50 products?
Mainly because I cover the costs and this tool is still in a testing phase. 50 products is a large enough sample to show how the enriched products perform against the rest of your feed in Google Ads.
Does this work for Sklik, or just Google Ads?
For now, just Google Ads. I'm considering expanding it to other platforms like Sklik, Zboží.cz, or Heureka if there's enough demand.
How much does it cost for a full feed?
The paid version processes your whole feed, not just 50 products, and adds the fields that have to be pulled from product pages (related_product, document_link) plus per-shop selector tuning. We agree on scope and price on a call, based on your product count and what your feed needs.

I built this tool primarily for my own work. Send any feedback, questions, or bug reports to [email protected]. Thanks!
